Mac Point Stadium Concept Designs

The first concept designs for the Macquarie Point Stadium have been released by the Macquarie Point Development Corporation (MDPC). The concept designs reflect the key stadium requirements, including the ability to host all major elite-level Australian sporting codes and a stage pocket to support concerts and events, in addition to a 1500-person function room with views to kunanyi/ Mount Wellington.

As the future owner/operator of the Stadium, Stadiums Tasmania has led the development of all prospective venue user requirements throughout the early design process of this transformational project, to ensure the project meets the aspirations of the wider Tasmanian community.
